Plumber Wellard

At 5:12pm on the 19th of June our booking agent, Shelley received a call at Jim’s Plumbing from a Wellard customer in Western Australia. The customer was calling because they had noticed that their electric hot water system was leaking. Shelley was able to advise the customer that we had a plumber in the customer’s area that could be there by 6:30pm that evening. The customer was happy that the team at Jim’s Plumbing was able to get someone out so quickly so they booked it in. Our booking agents always aim to get a plumber or gas fitter out to our customer’s property on the same day that they call because we believe that if you have an issue it should be fixed quickly and if you think it’s an emergency, then so do we. Luckily, for this customer, we were able to get someone to attend within the hour.
Our fully qualified and licensed plumber, Brodie, arrived on site at the Celestine Avenue address at 6:14pm. Jim’s Plumbing only employ gas fitters and plumbers that are fully qualified and licensed so we can continue to provide top quality service to our customers. We are also able to guarantee the work that we do, so if we need to come back to your property because of the parts we used or because of our workmanship, then you can rest assured that it will be covered under warranty and at no extra cost to yourself. The customer greeted our plumber Brodie and took him through to where the hot water system was. Brodie started off by performing a job safety analysis to ensure that the job was safe to proceed, which it was, and he then got to work. Brodie had everything he needed in his van as it is always stocked with a large range of spare parts, fittings and the latest tools and technology in the gas and plumbing industry. Brodie replaced the hot water relief valve on the electric hot water system and tested it to ensure it was no longer leaking. He then provided the customer with a certificate of compliance so the customer knew that the work that was done was up to standard and compliant to the code of practice.
The customer paid via the plumber’s on board mobile Eftpos machine and the plumber was then on his way to his next customer by 6:25pm.

Jim’s Plumbing Wellard received a web booking from a customer on October 30th the web booking explained the customer was getting a new spa heater and required a plumber to attend and connect it up to an existing gas line. With our web booking, we provide all of our customer’s a call back as soon as possible so they can get a job booked hassle free. During the call, the call provided to the customer advised they would like someone to attend on the 3rd of November as they would have the spa heater by then. We were able to provide a time between 1pm and 4pm for our plumber to arrive at Ringwood Loop address in Wellard.
At 1:01pm our fully qualified plumber and licensed gas fitter BM arrived at the property. Fortunately, he arrived with his van stocked with most standard parts. The gas service was tested for leaks before the plumber commenced work. The plumber installed a new gas spa heater and adjusted the pipework to suit. He then tested the gas meter for leaks and ensured the property passed a gas safety check. The customer was provided with a Gas COC for the work completed.

On the 11th of December, a customer called through requesting to have a plumber attend to their property on Baker Mews in Wellard, Western Australia as soon as possible as they believed they had a blockage between the house and the septic tank. Our customer hoped to organise for a plumber to attend between an afternoon timeframe, so our call centre operator organised to have a plumber attend between 1pm and 4pm.

Jims Plumbing Wellard arrived on site within the promised timeframe between 1pm and 4pm, with all necessary equipment needed to clear blockages, whether it is sewer or stormwater. Our plumber inspected the blocked pipe between the house and the tank and noticed a fractured section of pipework, which he advised the owner of. Our plumber located the blockage and accessed the drain via the inspection opening, he completely rodded the drain and using a high pressure hydro jet machine, our plumber was able to clear the blockage in no time. Our plumber found the cause of the blockage to be tree roots, and after sending down the drain camera, our plumber was happy to advise our customer that the drain was completely cleared and was also able to provide the customer with a quote on the spot to replace the section of damaged pipework, which would be valid for up to 30 days.
On completion of the work, our customer was able to pay on completion of the work via card, using our mobile EFTPOS machine – we also accept cash or cheque. Our customer service team followed up with our customer to ensure that the work was up to their satisfaction, we were pleased to find that our customer was very happy with the work and that everything was now working fine and would let us know when the quote for further work was needed.
