Plumber Palmyra

On October 10th at 1:45 pm, a customer that had used our services in the past contacted the Jim’s Plumbing Palmyra customer service team to book in for a plumber to attend their property in the local area. The customer advised they had been told by the gas corporation that the gas hot water unit had a gas leak that needed repairing before the gas service could be turned back on. As the customer was not only without hot water but were unable to use any gas appliances in the house they requested for a plumber to come out as soon as possible. We had a plumber on another job in the area and were able to organise for him to head to the Maw Close address in Palmyra as soon as he had finished. We advised the plumber would arrive sometime before 3 pm. Our plumber arrived on site just 50 minutes later prepared and ready to repair the gas leak and restore the gas to the property for the customer as efficiently as possible. The plumber located the gas leak and repaired it in a timely manner. Once the repair was completed the property passed a gas safety check and the plumber gave the customer a gas COC for the work. This was all done within just half an hour of the plumber arriving on site.

One of Jim's Plumbing Palmyra’s Plumber’s went out to a property on Adrian Street, Palmyra. The plumber attended as the customer said they had a leaking shower head that possibly needed the washer to be replaced. The plumber arrived and found the tapware at the house was very old. He advised the customer that the basin and existing tapware would have been damaged in order to service it. The plumber suggested the customer supply and install a new bathroom basin set, shower set and bath set. He suggested replacing all of the sets in the bathroom so the tapware would all be matching. The customer went ahead with the replacement of the tapware. The replacement included; 15mm brass fitting, flexi hose for water, Easyclean top halves with heads and buttons, 125mm bath outlet, all directional shower rose and arm, Easyclean basin set and hydro seal washer for each. The plumber carried each of these parts in his plumbing van as they are stocked items. Stocked items are parts that are carried in the van to each and every job. The plumber will arrive with hundreds of stocked items able to complete most jobs without having to leave site to source parts.
