Plumber Kewdale

One afternoon between the hours of 3 and 6 o’clock Jim's Plumbing attended to a Western Australia business site to assist with a couple of blocked toilets. Our plumber arrived at the Aitken Way property address at 3:30 pm on 1st of June. He attended stocked with parts, materials and drain machinery to complete the work as efficiently as possible. Work began straight away when our plumber arrived. He inspected the toilets and drains. It was promptly deemed in order to unblock the sewer drains the use of a hydro jet drain machine was required. Our plumber used this rodding from the drain inspection opening. It did not take long for our plumber to locate the blockage. In fact, he was only on site for a quarter hours’ time. Once the drains and toilets had been successfully cleared our plumber determined the cause was from an excessive amount of paper backing up inside of the sewer line. On completion of the job, a certificate of compliance was given and the customer was able to conveniently pay via mobile EFTPOS facilities.

On October 11th Jim’s Plumbing Kewdale was contacted by a customer in the local area looking for a plumber to attend sometime during the morning on October 13th to look at the gas hot water unit. We luckily had a booking slot available between 8 am and 11 am that suited the customer’s schedule for the day and was booked in straight away. The customer was provided with a 30 minute courtesy call by the plumber to advise them that he was on his way. At 8:53 am Jim’s Plumbing Kewdale’s plumber pulled up at the customer’s Cohn Street address in Kewdale, Western Australia. When the plumber arrived on site the customer advised they were having issues with the hot water supply in the showers only. The plumber tested the hot water unit and found it running correctly. He found the problem was with the existing shower roses. The plumber was able to replace the shower roses in the ensuite and main bathroom to allow the flow rate to be correct for the hot water unit. The customer was supplied with a gas certificate of compliance from the plumber for the work he had completed.

At 6.03 pm on the 17th of February, a new customer had called the Jim's Plumbing Kewdale call centre in need of a plumber to attend to fix a strong leaking cold tap in the main shower. The customer was wondering if there were anybody available during the night as they had young children that needed warm showers before going to bed and didn’t want to make the taps worse. The call centre staff gladly offered for a plumber to attend within the hour, to arrive by 7 pm, as we are available 7 days a week, 24 hours a day, no matter the time of day or night. The customer was so glad and the job was booked immediately. Our fully licensed Jim's plumber arrived in Kewdale to the customer’s property on Fulham Street at 6.30 pm on the dot – a quick half an hour after the job was booked – and a quick half an hour before the timeframe was up! The plumber found that there were some elements to the tap which needed replacing, which lucky for the customers, he had stocked in his fully equipped van. The plumber used welded breeches, a copper tube, oxy acetylene, and silver solder. For a quick and easy payment option, the plumbers carry mobile EFTPOS machine in their vans, which is how the customer decided to pay. Fortunately, the customer was able to make sure their kids had showers straight away thanks to the efficient repair of the shower tap from our plumber CP.
