Plumber Kenwick

On June 9th at 7:35am, Jim's Plumbing received a call from a new customer in Kenwick, Western Australia. The customer was calling because they needed a plumber to move an external tap. Our booking staff were able to arrange for a plumber to attend the McIntyre Way address that very same day between 10am and 1pm.
Our local plumber arrived at the customer’s property at 11:52am that day. Arriving in a Jim's Plumbing van stocked with standard parts, the fully qualified plumber was able to start working straight away. All of our plumbers first complete a job safety analysis to make it is safe to do the work. Once this was done, the plumber was able to move the customer’s hose tap. The customer had already dug a trench and the plumber cut the existing 15mm copper pipe and connected on a crimp fitting. He also re-routed to stand post at the destination of the new hose tap.
Jims Plumbing finished this job quickly in less than 45 minutes. Once the work was completed, the customer chose to pay using the convenient mobile EFTPOS that we have available in each of our plumber’s vans.

Here at Jim’s Plumbing, we are always more than pleased when we receive a call to our company from a repeat customer for us to attend to do some more plumbing work. This customer had used Jim’s before and called the friendly call centre staff at 10.39am the 27th of February for one of our qualified plumbers to attend the following day 28/2 at a time scheduled for between 8-8.30am, which was ideal for the customer’s daily work schedule.
The customer needed help with a water pipe that had come away from the wall and was leaking. So prior to his arrival at 8am, LH called the customer 30 minutes prior to advise her that he was on his way and arrived at the Royal Street address in Kenwick right on time. Upon arrival the plumber LH quickly identified that the problem was from a copper water pipe on the rear wall had a pinprick in it, so he proceeded to cut out the leaking section of the copper pipe and replaced with a new section, and he also re-saddled the pipe that had been bent off the wall of the property.
The plumber completed the job quickly and expertly. Leaving the property with no further burst pipe issues. The customer was emailed her invoice as per her request and she was able to pay via her credit card over the phone. A certificate of compliance was issued and a hot water sticker placed.

On the 28th of January at 9:28am Jim’s Plumbing booking centre received a phone call from a customer that had accidentally broken his outside tap while doing some gardening. He advised us that he was unable to turn the water off and required a plumber to attend urgently.

When our friendly plumber LH arrived at the Adana Elbow, Kenwick address he assessed the damage of the tap and got to work straight away. Our plumber was able to replace the old garden tap and the vacuum breaker and complete the job within half an hour all with the parts that were in his well-stocked van when he arrived on site. The customer chose to pay on completion of the job via his credit card using our plumbers mobile EFTPOS machine which all of our plumbers carry with them for added convenience.
