On the November 7th Jim’s Plumbing Huntingdale took a call from a customer requiring a plumber to have a newly purchased sink installed and for the p-trap and faucet to be connected to the water pipe. The customer advised the team member they spoke with they would be available all day and would prefer for a plumber to come as soon as available. The call centre team member provided the customer within the hour time frame. This means a plumber will arrive at the customer’s home within just one hour of them confirming the booking with us. As promised the plumber arrived at the address at 9:19am just 49 minutes after the customer booked with us. While on site our plumber completed the 2nd fix for the customer’s new kitchen renovation. He installed the mixer tap and the 50mm trap that the customer supplied.
