Plumber Cannington

Jim’s Plumbing Cannington recently attended a job at a residential property on Woodloes Street, Cannington. The customer called through to our bookings team at 10:23am on 11th of January as they had just purchased a new gas stove top that they would like to have installed on the day of delivery as well as having the existing stove removed at the same time.
The gas stovetop was getting delivered on the morning of 16th of January so our team organised our plumber to attend the property on the day of delivery between 12pm and 3pm. Our plumber MH arrived at the property to install the new gas stovetop at 12:15pm. Our plumber tested the gas service with a manometer prior to commencing any work to ensure that there weren’t any gas leaks. He then removed the existing gas stovetop and installed the new stovetop.

When the plumber was satisfied that everything was completed and safe he gave the customer a printed copy of the invoice which was paid via our plumbers mobile EFTPOS machine.

On the 23rd of January 2017 a desperate teacher from a daycare centre in Cannington, Western Australia called in a panic about a leaking tap which was causing a safety hazard for the children, so we had our plumber CP onsite in less than an hour of the phone call is made.
Upon arrival in his clearly marked van and smart uniform, CP set to work immediately diagnosing the problem as a copper pipe leak in the wall. Unfortunately, due to the school’s policy that water could not be turned off until after hours. CP was most obliging and returned as soon as the day’s work was over. He fixed the problem in under an hour and had new brass capillary fittings installed, soldered the pipes firmly and also put in some new taps for the school.
Overall, everyone was pleased with the outcome of the job. Not only was the plumber prompt in attending the job, but we were also flexible in accommodating our customers to the best of our abilities. The results were yet another happy customer.
