Plumber Roxburgh Park

Jim’s Plumbing Roxburgh Park’s booking centre received a call at 2:15 pm on 22nd of January from a customer that required a plumber urgently as they believed that a pipe connecting to the hot water unit had burst as the water was leaking everywhere. Our team was able to offer a time frame of between 3pm and 6pm the very same day.
Jim’s Plumbing understands that sometimes plumbing emergencies arise so even on weekends we will always try our very best to always get a plumber to you within the hour. Our plumber GN arrived on site at the Cambridge Crescent, Roxburgh Park property at 3:15 pm exactly one hour after our booking team received the initial call from the customer. Our plumber inspected the issue as soon as he arrived on site. He then replaced the section of copper pipe and tested his work to ensure that there were no longer any leaks.
On completion of the job our friendly customer service team gave the customer a call to ensure that the customer was happy with the service they had received. The customer advised that everything was now working fine, they were happy with the service and GN was great.

On the 6th of July at 9:07am, a customer of Roxburgh Park in Victoria, contacted the team at Jim’s Plumbing as they were needing assistance from a professional. The customer advised our booking agent, Sarah , that their Rheem Stella 330 hot water systems pilot light was not staying on and that they had no hot water. Sarah checked with our dispatch team as to when we could attend, to which she was able to advise we could attend that same day between the hours of 11am and 2pm. The customer was thankful and booked the plumber in.
Our fully qualified and licensed plumber, Gary, arrived at the customer’s Pecos Place address at 11:18am and in his neat and tidy uniform. He started a job safety analysis and deemed the job safe to proceed with. He inspected the hot water system and found that it was at its end of life and that it would need to be replaced with a new one. He went through all the options with the customer and the customer agreed on a system and the price that Gary had quoted. Gary got straight to work on sourcing the new Vulcan 135 hot water system and came back and installed it that same day. Once the system was installed, it was tested and confirmed to be working properly. The customer was very happy with Gary’s work and how quickly he was able to source the system and how he could install it on the same day.
The customer chose to pay via the on board mobile Eftpos machine which all of the plumbers carry on board with them for our customer’s convenience. Gary left the customer’s property at 1:58pm and made his way to assist his next customer.
