Quickly, the plumber discovered the cause of the leak was due to general wear and tear as the taps were very old. The only suitable solution to the problem was a replacement of the tapware which the customer happily agreed to. Using spare parts in the van, the plumber swiftly completed the replacement and the shower was now working perfectly once again. The customer paid using their credit card and the plumber left the happy customer as he went on to assist his next client.

On the 3rd of October, the Jims plumbing customer service team in Pakenham received a call from a client that was in need of a plumber to attend. The client called at around 9 pm that night as their toilet was blocked and was currently unusable.
