Plumber Mckinnon

Jim’s Plumbing McKinnon after hours booking centre took a phone call from a customer at 8:27 pm on April 7th. The customer was requiring a plumber for an emergency call out as they had a burst pipe outside the house near their irrigation system. As we understand here at Jim’s Plumbing that some emergencies just can’t wait, the customer was provided with a within the hour time frame. Which means a plumber will attend the property within just one hour of the customer contacting our bookings team. As promised our plumber arrived at the property located on Lindsay Street in McKinnon just a short time after the job was booked. The plumber located the damaged class 12 PVC pipe in the rear wall soon after arriving on site. To repair the burst pipe our plumber reglued the join on the 90-degree bend. On completion of the work, the plumber received payment from the customer via his mobile EFTPOS machine. The customer was also provided with a printed invoice copy on completion, detailing the work that the plumber had done.

On March the 30th at 8:15pm our bookings team at Jim’s Plumbing received an online enquiry from a customer who needed her tap washers replaced in the shower of her main bathroom. Within just a few short minutes of having received the online enquiry form one of our friendly bookings team members contacted the customer on the phone number that she had provided. During the booking call, the customer confirmed her details and we were able to give the customer the timeframe that she’d requested of between 8am and 11am on the 4th of April as she had work and other commitments up until then. On the 4th of April our plumber DC arrived at the customers Lord Street home in McKinnon within the timeframe that had been allocated at just two minutes past eight. After arriving onsite the plumber assessed the shower taps in the ensuite bathroom and fully serviced them. The service included replacing the Hydroseals, O-Rings and the Body Washers. The plumber tested his work, making sure that there were no more leaks. On completion of his work, a copy of the invoice was printed off and given to the customer. She paid her invoice using her credit card via the plumber’s mobile EFTPOS machine. The job was completed and our plumber was offsite within just thirty six minutes.

On the 10th of November a customer in a Victorian suburb, McKinnon, called Jim's Plumbing for professional, fast and reliable services with a leaking toilet. The customer called our team late morning and hoped to get somebody out that same day as he had the day off from work. We scheduled with the customer for one of our fully qualified plumbers to attend between 12pm and 3pm. Our plumber arrived just minutes after 12 o’clock to the Creswick Grove site address. He attended equipped with all standard parts and materials stocked in the van to complete the work as efficiently as possible. Upon arrival our plumber assessed the toilet to deem the required work and began right away. It was promptly found to repair the toilet, the doughnut rubber would need replacing as this was leaking. Our plumber also replaced the outlet mechanism seal. The use of a flexi hose, outlet valve seating rubber and quiet floe cistern inlet valve were also required. Within just a prompt hour from the time our plumber arrived the job was successfully completed. The McKinnon customer was able to conveniently pay our plumber directly via mobile EFTPOS facilities. During a follow-up call after our plumber’s attendance, the client advised our customer care team he was very satisfied with our visit.
