Plumber Hillside

On the 30th of January, we had a customer do a quick Google search for a plumber in their area and decided to give us a call to have a plumber to attend to their premises on Chris Court in Hillside. Our customer needed a plumber as quickly as possible but however keeping within a timeframe which was most suitable for the customer who found the timeframe between 9am and 12pm to be most accommodating to their busy schedule.
The call out was for a leak coming from a pipe which was leading from the house to the garden, and of course our plumber had the ability to sort this issue. Our plumber punctually arrived on site at exactly 9am and got straight to work. The plumber worked quickly to seal the leak by soldering a pinpoint hole which stopped the leak almost immediately. Our customer advised he did not have cash on him at the site, but fortunately we carry mobile EFTPOS machines to avoid the need to dart down to the bank.
Upon completion of the work, our friendly customer service team followed up with our customer to ensure that they were completely satisfied with our services and we were pleased to find that he was extremely satisfied with the plumber who had attended and the work in which he carried out. It is always fantastic to see a satisfied customer who will become a repeat customer!

On the 8th December Jim's Plumbing Hillside received a telephone call from a customer in need of plumbing help. The customer’s toilet bowl was filling up extremely high when it was being flushed. The customer wanted a plumber out the next day as that was the only day someone would be home at the property.
The dispatch team here at Jim's Plumbing comes up with timeframes that are suitable for the customers and plumbers. The dispatch team provided this customer with a timeframe for the next day as requested between 10am -1pm.
The next day the plumber attended the customer’s property. Located at Kalista Avenue, Hillside. The plumber arrived on site at 10:30am. The plumber first checked that everything on site was safe to proceed. After everything was checked the plumber began work. The plumber saw that the inlet valve was leaking out the top he removed the inlet valve and replaced it with a new one. Once all the work was completed and deemed safe for the customer the plumber moved onto his next job. The customer paid for the plumber's work using the mobile EFTPOS machine which is located in all Jim's Plumbing work vehicles meaning that customers can pay via any card from home.
Once the plumber has finished the work the Jim's Plumbing customer service manager called the customer to see how the work went. This customer advised they were happy with the service and all appears to be good, the customer has used our service before and will continue to use the service again.

The 6th of November a customer from Hillside in Victoria called Jim’s Plumbing for professional help with 2 toilets. One toilet was leaking and the other was overflowing when refilling.
The Hillside customer called our team late evening and wished to book a plumber for the following day. We scheduled with the customer for our fully qualified plumber to attend first thing on the 7th, the plumber’s arrival was due between 8am and 11am. Come that morning our assigned plumber, SZ, arrived at the Fairview Court property at precisely 8m. He attended with all standard parts and materials stocked in the van to complete the job as efficiently as possible.
Upon arrival our plumber investigate both the toilets and straight away began the work. Both the toilet cisterns were fully serviced. The main toilet was removed in order to replace the pan outlet rubber. The toilet was then reinstalled. With the use of mini cistern cocks, ball valves, outlet rubbers, kinco rubbers, some silicon, flush pipe rubbers and flexi hoses both the toilets were successfully serviced and repaired. Our plumber was on site for 2 hours completing the required to repairs the client's toilets. For this the Hillside customer was able to pay our plumber directly via mobile EFTPOS facilities.
