Plumber Cranbourne West

We often have repeat customers due to our high level of service and competitive prices. A repeat customer from Kulkami Way, Cranbourne West, called through just before 9:30am on the 27th of January. The customer said their gas boosted solar hot water system was leaking. She requested that we have a plumber out later in the afternoon. We organised a plumber to attend between the hours of 1pm and 4pm.
We sent out one of our hot water system specialist plumbers. He attended the job and identified the problem quickly and had it all fixed up within half an hour for this customer. The plumber D.C. found that there was a loose nut on the olive fitting going into the solar circulating pump.
All our plumbers arrive to each and every job in a fully stocked van with thousands of parts so they are able to complete over 90% of jobs without even having to leave site. This job was no different. The plumber had all the parts and tools that he needed to get this job done quick smart.
The tools and parts in the van are not the only things we come prepared for. We have mobile EFTPOS systems installed in all the plumbing vans so the customers have the opportunity to pay by card. Gone are the days where the customer would need to run down to the ATM to get cash out.

As a general plumbing maintenance business at Jim's Plumbing Cranbourne West, we are often called out to houses with small plumbing issues like leaks. As our plumbers do this sort of work on a daily basis they have become very efficient at getting the work done in a very timely manner.
A customer living on Douglas Court, Cranbourne West required a plumber to attend as their toilet was constantly flushing. The customer requested the plumber attend between the hours of 11am and 2pm on the 28th December.
The plumber arrived onsite and inspected the toilet. The then advised the customer that the toilet would need a service. To service the toilet he replaced; the mini cock, ball valve, outlet rubber, 50mm Kigco rubber, 50X80 rubber and flexi hose. All of which are found in the plumbing van the plumber arrived in. these were found in the van as they are considered stocked items. Stocked items are parts that are always located in the van and are carried to each and every job.
On completion of the work the customer paid the customer with cash. Although the customer did have the option to pay the plumber with EFTPOS via the mobile Eftpos machine fitted to the van.

Jim’s Plumbing Cranbourne West received a web booking from a customer needing a plumber to install their natural gas bbq to an existing gas line. Our booking centre team member provided the customer with an instant call back and discussed with the customer what would be the most convenient time for one of our plumbers to attend the customer advised they were looking for someone to attend the following day 3rd October after 10 am. A time frame between 10 am and 1 pm was organised for the customer.
At 10:42 am our fully qualified plumber arrived at the customer’s Stratham Vale residential property in Cranbourne West. The plumber assessed the bbq and found that the bayonet fitting the customer had was not suitable for the installation. Our plumber was able to source the part straight away and go and collect it. Once he arrived back on site the bbq was installed straight away. On completion of the work the plumber carried out a gas safety check to ensure no leaks were present. The customer was provided with a Gas Certificate of compliance for the work that was completed.
