Plumber Cheltenham

Our booking agent, Shelley, received a web enquiry from a customer of Cheltenham in South Australia on the 18th of August at 6:09 pm. Shelley contacted the customer immediately and the customer advised her that they were wanting some advice to replace a toilet and cistern in an old house. Shelley checked when the customer would be available to which they advised that they would be available on the 23rd of August. Shelley checked with our dispatch team on the availability of the local plumber for that day and was able to advise the customer that we could attend between the hours of 8 am and 11 am. The customer agreed to the timeframe and booked the plumber in. On the 23rd of August, our fully qualified and licensed plumber, Chris, arrived at the customer’s High Street property at 8:02 am in his neat and tidy uniform and got straight to work. He found the existing toilet was cracked and old and gave the customer a fixed price to replace the toilet to a couple suite to which the customer agreed. Chris removed the existing toilet and installed the new close coupled toilet suite. He advised the customer to not use the toilet for 24 hours so that the silicone can seal underneath the pan. The customer chose to pay via Chris’ onboard mobile EFTPOS machine.

On the 3rd of August at 7:46pm, a customer of Cheltenham in Victoria , contacted the team at Jim’s Plumbing as they were needing a hot water specialist. They advised our booking agent, Sarah that their gas hot water system was not producing any hot water and that they would like a professional to attend that afternoon. Sarah went through to our dispatch department, to check the availability of the plumber and was able to go back to the customer and advise them that we could have him attend between the hours of 1pm and 4pm that afternoon, as per their request.
Brett, who has undergone extensive training to become fully qualified and licensed in the gas and plumbing industry, arrived at the customer’s Benkel Avenue address at 1:47pm, in his neat and tidy uniform. He started by performing a job safety analysis and was able to deem the job safe to proceed with. He started his investigation on the hot water system and found that the Aqua Max hot water system would need to be replaced. Brett advised the customer of a fixed price to supply and install a new system, to which the customer agreed with. Brett sourced the new Vulcan 135 litre system, picked it up and then came back to the customer’s property, on the same day, to install it.
Once the system had been installed, Brett tested it to ensure that it worked correctly and the customer chose to make payment via Brett’s on board mobile EFTPOS machine and then Brett left the property at 4:50pm and made his way to assist his next customer

When a customer of Cheltenham in Victoria contacted the team at Jim’s Plumbing on the 30th of August at 8pm, our booking agent who answered the call, Nikki, knew we could be of assistance. The customer advised Nikki that their gas meter was replaced yesterday and that their gas stove and heater were working but their hot water system wasn’t. They advised that the system is only a few years old and were wanting a professional to come have a look at it the following day. Nikki checked the availability of the local plumber with our dispatch team and was able to advise the customer that we could have him attend between the hours of 1pm and 4pm. The customer agreed to the timeframe and booked the plumber in.
Our fully qualified and licensed plumber, Brett, arrived at the customer’s Sunray Avenue address at 3:50pm, in his neat and tidy uniform and with his van which is always stocked with a large range of spare parts and fittings which are suitable for most jobs they attend. Brett got to work after performing a job safety analysis which deemed the job safe to proceed with. During his investigation he found that the Dux hot water system could be repaired and advised the customer of a fixed price to do the work. The customer agreed and Brett got to work on replacing the hot relief valve . Once it was completed and tested, the customer was very satisfied with the work and made payment via the mobile EFTPOS machine and then left the customer’s property and made his way to his next customer
