Plumber Caroline Springs

On the 24th of August at 1:38pm, a customer of Caroline Springs in Victoria, contacted the team at Jim’s Plumbing as they were needing a professional. The customer advised our booking agent, Chloe that their ensuite tap had been leaking and they were wanting to have it fixed. Chloe checked as to when the customer would be available for the plumber to attend, to which they advised they would be available on Monday morning. Chloe then went through to our dispatch team to check the availability of the local plumber and was able to advise the customer that we could have him out to their property between the hours of 8am and 11am on Monday the 27th of August as per the customer’s request. The customer agreed with this and booked the plumber in.
On Monday the 27th of August, our fully qualified and licensed plumber, Gary, arrived at the customer’s Scarvell Crescent address at 9:18am in his neat and tidy uniform. He arrived in his state of the art van, which is always stocked with a large range of spare parts and fitting s which are suitable for 95% of the jobs he attends as well as the latest tools and technology in the gas and plumbing industry. Gary got to work and replaced the basin taps in the ensuite bathroom. Once the job was complete, Gary tested the new taps and confirmed that they were working well and that there were no more leaks. The customer was satisfied with the work and decided to pay by cash and Gary then left the property at 9:48am and made his way to his next customer

During Mid-afternoon on Saturday 21st January at around 1:45pm Jim’s Plumbing Caroline Springs received a phone call from a customer who advised us that the cold inlet tap to the hot water unit was leaking from inside the wall.
The customer requested a time frame for late afternoon, the call centre staff here at Jim’s Plumbing got in contact with the dispatch team and worked out a timeframe between 4pm – 7pm which suited the customer perfectly. At around 5:33pm the plumber arrived on site at Maitland Place in Caroline Springs, Victoria. The plumber started taking out the bricks first to expose the leaking pipe.
The continued to weld up the leaking section of the pipe in the brick cavity and then turn the water mains back on and check for any other leaks again and there were no leaks so the site was then classified as safe. The plumber had the work finished in just over an hour and was off site at 6:06pm. The customer was given many payment options from the staff here at Jim’s Plumbing a chose to go with the mobile EFTPOS machine that is located in all of our Jim's Plumbing Vehicles.

A gentleman called Jim's Plumbing Caroline Springs to install a kitchen sink. The customer called at 11.55am on Thursday 16th February and seeing as the work was not urgent, elected to have the plumber attend the next day. The customer also wanted plenty of time to choose from the supplier the type of sink he wanted before purchasing. The gentleman was a repeat customer and was after the peace of mind that the sink would be installed to a high-quality standard.
A timeframe was agreed upon, between 11am-2pm the following day and the plumber knocked on the door to their apartment on time, at 12.17pm
The kitchen sink install was completed and the mixer tap and waste were in good condition and were able to be reused. Both the customer and plumber agreed that the whole area looked 100% better with the newly installed sink and gave the appearance of being more clean and modern.
While he was there, the customer also asked the plumber to look at a small issue with a loose laundry plug and washer. The plumber pulled it apart and resealed it – job done!
The customer was able to get payment out of the way by using their credit card on the plumbers mobile EFTPOS machine, capable to accept all debit and credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard and AMEX.
