Plumber Bayswater

On the 23rd of January, a customer called us because they had overflowing drains throughout the house that was mainly affecting the kitchen. Due to the urgency of the situation, we were able to advise the customer that the plumber would be at their door within the hour. In fact, the plumber arrived within 30 minutes! I think you will agree there probably isn’t a plumber in Perth that could have gotten there any quicker. The hydro-jet machine was used to rod all the drains and the inspection points to the drain, with the blockage to be found at the rear of the property. After clearing, the drains were paper tested and passed successfully. Problem solved! The customer paid using our mobile EFTPOS facility available in the plumber's van. The machine accepts debit and credit card, including visa, MasterCard and Amex. We also accept cash and cheque if preferable. That afternoon, a member of our customer service team followed up with the customer to obtain feedback on the service they’d received. The customer said she was very happy with the plumber and his service and was happy to have been given a business card so that she can retrieve our number easily for next time.

At 12:30 pm on the 27th of March, a customer called through to our Jims Plumbing booking centre to arrange for a plumber to attend to install some laundry taps and to complete pipe for the trough. The customer requested a timeframe of between 8-11 am a few days later as the customer was not available until then. Our plumber arrived on Wednesday the 29th of March to the Beechboro Road address in Bayswater within the timeframe allocated and began work in the laundry. Using some of the parts supplied by the customer as well as some basic materials from the plumber’s fully stocked van, the plumber was able to connect the water to the laundry trough and replace the swivel spout which was installed in the new laundry trough outlet. Once completed the plumber was able to provide the customer with a certificate of compliance as well as a printed invoice. This customer chose to take advantage of the mobile EFTPOS facilities in the plumber’s van and paid using her credit card.

Jim's Plumbing attended to a customer in Bayswater, Western Australia on Monday the 14th of November for a leaking pipe. The customer called our services on the 13th but due to family commitments, the following day suited her better. We scheduled with the customer for one of our fully qualified plumbers to attend between 9 am and 12 pm on Monday. It was around 10 o’clock that our plumber attended to the Leake St site address. He attended with all standard parts and materials stocked in the van to ensure the work could be completed right away. Upon arrival, our plumber inspected the leaking pipe. It was promptly found that the leaking garden pipe would require replacing. A section of the PVC pipe was damaged, in order to rectify this fault, our plumber removed this section and replaced it with a new PVC pipe and fittings. The job also required the use of some glue/primer and just under 2 hours of our plumber’s time. Our plumber efficiently repaired the leaking pressure pipe in the customer’s back yard and successfully tested the work carried out. On completion of the work, the Bayswater customer was able to conveniently pay our plumber via mobile EFTPOS facilities.
