The customer advised the service operator that firstly she said that the flow stop valve on her toilet is broken and needs replacing and she also requested the Marco/rigid drain machine for blocked sewerage drains in her house that was affecting her laundry and toilet, causing flooding out the back of the home. Plumber JV arrived at the Moffatt street address at 8.01 am. He was able to clear the blocked sewer drain by using a gully plunge at the disconnector gully trap. Afterwards, he moved on to the toilet repair which involved JV replacing the mini cistern cock, the ball valve, the flush rubber pipe 80×50 and lastly the flexi hose was replaced new as well, thus fully repairing the toilet back to its normal functional state. The customer happily paid for plumber JV’s services by credit card on the mobile EFTPOS machine that all of our plumbers carry with them in their work vans. The customer was also followed up for her customer feedback regarding the job completed and she advised that plumber JV was absolutely lovely and did a great job and she would always use Jim’s Plumbing again and again because we have done so much good work for her over the years.
