Plumber Marden

A customer residing in Marden, an Adelaide suburb, called our booking team behind Jim’s Plumbing for the assistance with his slow draining bathroom and laundry sink.
The customer called our team late evening on the 11th of March, however, he advised it wasn’t urgent and could wait until the morning. With the customer, our booking team arranged a time first thing in the morning on the following day for our plumber to attend.
The scheduled time frame was between 8am and 11am on the 12th of March. In which our fully qualified plumber, DM, arrived at 8am on the dot.
The affected bathroom and laundry drains were assessed right away. On our plumber’s arrival, the customer requested he uses a hydro jet machine to clear and unblock the drains.
Our plumber used the requested hydro machine to clear all of the internal waste drains. It was found the drains were clogged up due to an excessive amount of hair.
Within roughly one hour the plumber had efficiently and successfully cleared the blockage, resulting in the drains draining at a normal pace once again.
On completion of the work the Pitt Street customer was able to pay our plumber directly via mobile EFTPOS facilities and in return, he was supplied with a tax invoice.

On 7th November Jims Plumbing Marden received a telephone call from a customer in need of some plumbing assistance the customer had a possible gas leak and need a plumber to attend and fix this one. The customer requested for someone to come out that afternoon as it was a serious issue.
The timeframe provided to the customer via the Jims Plumbing dispatch was a time frame between 5pm – 8pm that night. The customer agreed to this timeframe and went ahead with the booking for that night. The plumber arrived on site that night ready to help the customer resolve the gas leak. The plumber first checked everything on site was safe for him to continue. Once things were deemed safe the plumber then began work.
The plumber tested the gas service for soundness and a leak was found underneath the hot water system. The plumber then re-threaded the joints and retested everything which was then deemed safe. Once everything was deemed safe the customer was thankful for the plumbers to help and paid for the plumber's work using the mobile EFTPOS machine in the Jims Plumbing work vehicle which is provided for all customer to pay via card from home.
