Plumber Malvern

A local plumber Dennis from Jim’s Plumbing recently attended a job in Malvern, South Australia. The customer called our booking centre on the 15th of June at 3:o7 pm for an installation of a gas cooktop. We were able to arrange for a plumber to attend the next day the 16th of June between 9:00am and 12:00pm.

Dennis the plumber that will attending arrived at 84 Cremorne Street, Malvern address promptly within the allocated timeframe, just after 10:30am. The plumber arrived in one of our Jims Plumbing vans, which are all stocked with standard parts and materials so that work can be started immediately.

Firstly the plumber conducted a work safety analysis to ensure that it was safe to begin work, as all of our plumbers do before they start a job. The plumber was then able to successfully test for soundness, uninstalled a gas cooktop job wasn’t able to be completed as some parts were missing from the new cooktop supplied by customer. He advised the two rebook once parts are available.
Jims Plumbing completed the job and left the Malvern address within the time frame at 11:27am. The customer chose to pay using the convenient mobile EFTPOS that we have available in each plumber’s van.

Just before 5pm on June 8th Jim’s Plumbing received a call from a local Malvern customer who was needing to have their dishwasher installed. The customer had just purchased the dishwasher and they were eager to get it connected right away. They were hoping to get a plumber that very same day and they were extremely pleased when we told them we could have a plumber there between 5pm and 8pm that same evening. Our plumber Gary arrived onsite at 6:22pm, just an hour and a half after the customer had called us.

Our plumber pulled up at the Johnstone Street address in his shiny Jims Plumbing van and was able to get to work straight away due to the vast array of parts and materials stocked in the van. Our highly experienced plumber was able to install the customer’s dishwasher quickly and was finished up in just over half an hour. Once the job was completed the customer chose to pay using the convenient mobile EFTPOS facilities that each of our plumbers bring to every job. Our plumber also offered the option for an interest free payment plan which only requires a 10% deposit, but the customer was happy to make payment on the day. The customer received a printed receipt for his payment and was also sent a detailed invoice via email. This new customer was satisfied with the service they received and said they will use Jims Plumbing in the future whenever they have a plumbing issue pop up in the future.

A customer who lived on Eton Street, Malvern, SA, 5061 called through on the 23rd of January just before 10am. The customer advised they had a blocked kitchen drain which was affecting the other drains in the house. He requested we attend between the hours of 11am and 2pm.

We sent out our drain specialist M.O. who has many, many years of experience with blocked drains and the like. M.O. arrived onsite just after 2pm and had completed the job within 45 minutes. What a prompt service! He diagnosed onsite that all the drains were blocked. He rodded all of these drains with one of our many drain machines.

Our drain specialist M.O. is always prepared for any drain job and will always attend each job with all required drain clearing machines. This customer was able to pay with mobile Eftpos on completion rather than having to run around and get cash out before the plumber arrived. This was possible because all our plumbing vans are equipped with a mobile Eftpos machine. We like to make it is as convenient for the customer as possible and this is just one way of how we do it.
