Plumber Glenside

Jim’s Plumbing Glenside received a call from a customer at 8:41 am on December 2nd. The customer required a plumber to attend as they had two taps that needed repairing. The customer advised our team that the most convenient time for a plumber to attend would be later in the afternoon as they were currently at work. Our team was able to offer the customer a 3 hour time frame of 4 pm and 7 pm still attending on our standard rates! Our local Glenside plumber DM arrived on site at 4:07 pm within the promised time given to the customer. DM assessed the taps and advised the customer the taps needed replacing and he was able to do this straight away using parts that he had stocked in his van. The customer was happy with this and asked the plumber to proceed with replacing the taps. Our plumber replaced two tap sets in the hand basins in the house.
The job was followed up with a phone call once it was completed by our customer service manager. The customer advised she was happy with the service, DM was fantastic and she was pleased that DM cared so much about leaving a mess and he tidied up during the job, it was great to see as she had not had any other tradesmen care so much. The customer also let us know that she will be recommending our services and using us again in the future.

On the 2nd of February, Jim's Plumbing received a call just before 1 pm requesting a plumber urgently. The customer had noticed that their toilet had been leaking on and off over the past few weeks but now wouldn't stop. We had a free time slot between 2 pm and 5 pm which suited the customer perfectly. The plumber arrived during the allotted timeframe and inspected the toilet. Due to its age, the toilet had many parts that were barely functioning and the cistern valves had completely ceased up. Our plumber’s recommendations were to either replace the toilet or to have a full service, replacing all the faulty parts. The customer chose the latter and wanted to keep their existing system for now. The plumber swiftly completed the work and the toilet was working like new again. The client paid for the job using the plumbers mobile EFTPOS machine in his van, making the transaction easy, then gave a detailed invoice and was on his way. Later that day the customer was then contacted by our customer service team. Each customer receives a call to ensure customer satisfaction have been met. The client was very happy with the attending plumber and will definitely be using Jim's Plumbing in the future.

On the 4th of April, the Glenside Jim's Plumbing booking service was contacted by a new customer at 8:16 am. They explained that they had a possible leaking pipe under the kitchen sink that was leaking into the cupboards and causing damage. The customer asked if a plumber could attend after 1 pm that day. We were able to book a time for the customer between 2.30 pm and 4.30 pm – which suited them well. Our plumber, DS, arrived on site at the customer home on Broughton Street and was taken to the kitchen straight away. On assessment of the issue, the plumber found that the leak was caused by a small blockage in the sink which was caused by oil and fats, which he had cleared before repairing the leak in the pipe. After he cleared the blockage and repaired the pipe, he poured water down the sink to ensure that the pipe was clear and that there was no leak, which there was not. The quick and easy job was completed, and the customer was also able to pay quickly and easily too, via the mobile EFTPOS machines available in our plumber's vans.
