Plumber Christies Beach

On the 6th of March at 2pm we received an online web enquiry via our Jim's Plumbing web site from a customer who had a tenanted property in Christies Beach. The customer requested a timeframe of between 3-6pm that afternoon as that is when the tenants will be home. Our plumber AY arrived at the Pearce Street address in Christies Beach within the timeframe allocated and began work on the blocked drains throughout the home.
The plumber was able to access the drain from the Government connection. Once the inspection point was opened, the plumber was able to place the hydro jet machine down the drain and clear the main drain from the rear vent pipe and upstream from the street. While removing the blockage, the plumber found that the cause of the blockage was tree roots. The plumber was able to remove as much as the debris as possible, the plumber did advise the customer that the pipes would have to be replaced for more of a permanent solution.

Once the plumber had completed all testing for any remaining blockages, the plumber was able to provide the customer with a printed invoice both on site and via email and by post. All work was completed and the plumber was off site in less than an hour.

A customer of Jim's Plumbing Christies Beach, called through on the 5th of April as they needed a plumber. The customer living on Pearce Street, Christies Beach required a plumber as they had a leaking toilet. The customer requested the plumber attend later that day between the hours of 4pm and 7pm.
The plumber arrived onsite and inspected the leaking toilet. He used silicone around the kitchen sink as water was leaking through when the customer did the dishes. He also tightened the washing machine hose as they were loose under the basin. The plumber then advised the customer that the toilet cistern is an old single flush that is leaking, that it would need to be replaced.
After the work was completed the customer paid the plumber with Eftpos via the mobile Eftpos machine fitted to the plumbing van he had arrived in. The customer had the option to pay the plumber with cash or cheque also.
