Plumber Bedford Park

At 1:38 pm on December 12th, Jim’s Plumbing Bedford Park received a phone call from a customer that was having issues with a pipe outside of their house leaking. The customer explained to our booking centre team member that they would like a plumber to attend the same day as the leak was quite bad. Luckily, we had a plumber that was currently in the customer’s area and we were able to offer the customer a plumber within the hour. Our JV plumber arrived at the customer’s Day Terrace address in West Croydon just 48 mins after the customer had contacted us to make a booking. The customer assessed the leaking copper pipe that was down the side walkway of the property and found that a section had been split. Our plumber JV cut out the split section of pipe to repair the leak. The customer paid for the work on completion by EFTPOS using our plumber portable EFTPOS machine. On completion of the work, the customer was contacted so they were able to provide us with their feedback. The customer advised that they were happy it was all fixed.

A valued customer contacted our offices at 9:50 am on the 15th of November advising of blocked bathroom drains which they needed help with straight away. We were able to organise one of our drain specialists to attend and offer the customer an arrival timeframe of anytime between 10 am and 1 pm which they were happy with. The plumber arrived at 10:50 am and was able to bring drain machinery in straight away to begin work. The plumber found the blockage was located at the front of the property and was caused by tree roots which the plumber was able to pinpoint using a drain camera. The customer advised onsite that she suspected this issue for a while but was unsure as she had only recently moved into the property. The plumber advised the tree roots had embedded themselves into the drain pipes and need replacing in future. The plumber was able to then use the powerful Hydro Jet machine to clear the tree roots from the drain and then discuss future replacement options as well. The customer was happy with how quickly we were able to attend and fix the issue and happily opted to pay on completion using our available mobile EFTPOS facilities.

The Jim's Plumbing Bedford Park SA call centre had received a phone call from a new customer located on West Terrace, on the 4th of October at 10:10 am, in relation to an issue they were experiencing with their stormwater drain. The job was booked for them between 8 am and 11 am. The plumber arrived at 8 am on the dot. He located the blockage at the rear of the customer’s property and accessed the drain from the crossover drain at the kerb. To have the blockage fully cleared, the plumber had to use the hydro jet water machine. Once the machine had blasted through the blockage, the plumber found that the cause was a build-up of silt. The plumber had completely cleared the blockage for the customer but advised them if the problem occurred again soon, that the drains may need to be replaced so further damages do not occur. The customer thanked the plumber and quickly paid via Mobile EFTPOS as the vans have them stocked within.
