Plumber Angle Vale

On the 17th of January at 11:55am, a customer telephoned through to our Jim’s Plumbing booking team as the pilot light on his Dux Prodigy gas hot water system kept going out. The customer advised our booking staff that he would not be returning home until approximately 1:30pm, so we were able to give him a timeframe of between 2pm and 5pm that same day.

Our plumber AY arrived at the Edmonds Road home in Angle Vale within the allocated timeframe and assessed the customer’s gas Dux Prodigy hot water system. The plumber was able to repair the hot water system by replacing the Thermocouple. Once the plumber had finished his work he provided the customer with a printed invoice. The customer paid his invoice to the plumber using his credit card via the plumber’s mobile EFTPOS machine. The job was completed and the plumber was offsite within half an hour.
Our customer service manager phoned the customer once the job had been completed to ensure that he was happy with AY’s attendance that day. The customer said that he was “happy with the service he received and that our plumber AY did a great job”.

Jim's Plumbing received a phone call on the 13th of March quite late in the evening. The customer advised they were the landlords of a rental property and had just received a call from the tenants advising that they had a leaking showerhead in the bathroom. The customer service team member had great news that we could have someone out there straight away.
The landlord advised us that the tenants would not be available until tomorrow morning. So an 8am to 11am appointment was booked in. The plumber arrived at the Stevens drive address at 8am sharp and began his inspection of the faulty showerhead. The showerhead itself was in good condition and was found that only its internal cartridge was faulty. The plumber easily replaced this part of a spare in his van. The landlord also did advise that the pipe underneath the bathroom vanity would leak.
With heavily worn piping underneath, the Jims plumber quickly swapped it over with a new flexi hose. Both products were tested and there were no signs of leaking. The landlord paid the plumber over the phone using his credit card and was very appreciative of the plumber's prompt arrival and professional work.
